I am looking for information or URL's that can help me find info about 
the regulation of scuba diving.  Especially the regulation of Deep, 
technical, NITROX, Mixed gas and diving on government land (ie state 
parks and landmarks). 

info on any current or proposed laws will be helpful.

I have copies of most of the books on the subject but they for the most 
part do not document the last 2-3 years. I have: Ironclad legacy, Mixed 
Gas Diving and several others on the subject. 

If there are any sites on the internet that contains this info please 
let me know.
