If you'll look at the bottom of your red card George, I think you'll find the same instructor signature I have. I gave up my strokehood over 20 years and over 3000 dives ago. I was doing 350'+ saturation dives in Mexico and the North Sea seven years before Wakulla I. I have been making deep mixed gas dives since 1980, both surface supplied and scuba. So, stroke this... If you'll read my original post, you'll find I don't have a consumption problem. The problem is getting an adequate gas supply in Hatteras, NC. I don't use steel tanks to stage, that was only an example. You do some good diving with your WKPP, no one is trying to say you don't, but you guys are too quick to judge people you don't even know. I'll say it again...you're certainly good divers, but you don't know it all. If everyone would stick to the proper format of this medium, and stop all the second guessing and bullshit, this would be a nice place to exchange ideas and information.
