OMS simply sucks. Customer service bites.

Unfortunately, this seems to be a real problem.  I submitted a 
design proposal to a bunch of gear manufacturers.  OMS was the only 
one who never even bothered to respond.

In a community this small I don't understand how an outfit can 
afford to bite the hand that feeds it.
