  I have just recieved a message from the National Association of Red
Necks (N.A.R.N.). It seems that Bill Dooley's sister and wife have
complained about how Bill has been treated on the net. It turns out
that these two people are one in the same. It is strictly forbidden to
marry your blood-sister, sister by marrige is OK. When wedding in your
family occurs, you can only be hitched up to your 1st cousin. In
special cases, you are allowed to marry your son or daughter, but only
if you knock them up. Brother and sister can have sex, but marrige is
a no-no. Bill has hid this from the Board for quite sometime and they
have no other choice but to ban Bill Dooley from the N.A.R.N.
  From this point forward, the name "Bill Dooley", will be removed
from the Charter ~rof the N.A.R.N. and will never be spoken again. His
subscription to " Red Neck Weekly" is hereby cancelled and no refund
of his lifetime subscription will be forthcomming. Never has N.A.R.N.
had to take this action on one of its members, But even N.A.R.N. has
to draw the line somewhere!
