I was told by the man that owns the phibian (not oceanic), while working 
with his company on another unrelated project, that they were looking for 
another company to
market their units.. he also said that they were still actively working on
completing their goals.  he did not give a time but said it would happen
this time for sure as they were handling it on their own.

i guess i should day that the person that told me the above was actually his
number one assistant... standing in for him that day, he is at this time no
longer working for the company..
