George, one more time, when did cave diving get into this conversation?

I'm not exactly sure what that means, but I have to say you're getting 
fairly predictable yourself.  I'd also have to say your opinions on 
rebreathers seem much more biased because of politics than mine are.

George, answer me this:  If the Mk 15.5 is such a wonderful device, why 
did the USN even start the EX-19 project?
