Your friend is bulshitting you.... there is no such thing.
However, a while back, there was a similar occurrance, but what
really happened was the receivers forwarded on the e-mail, hence
propogating it.... In a loose sort of way, this has virus properties, however
since it doesn't auto-propogate, its not a virus...

anyway, please don't clutter up unrelated news groups and mailing lists with
stuff like this. better to post it to alt.urban.legend.
