Brain asked:
I'm looking for comments on the DUI dry gloves. I need to have the wrist
seals
replaced on my CF200 suit, and was considering having rings added to mount the

dry gloves.

I went through 3 sets of the DUI dry glove rings in a single season. The hard
plastic doesn't seem to stand up to hard use in cold weather. Also you don't
have options as to what kind of thermal protection you can use with them. On
the plus side you can put the gloves on and take them off by yourself. A
definite advantage.

I favor the Viking system. You can mount the rings on your suit (DUI, Nokia,
etc...not just Viking) when you want them and take them off when they would
just be in the way. You can use the rings for many types of gloves/mitts and
they are less expensive. They are nearly indestructible. One problem: you
really need to have someone else put your gloves/mitts on for you (although it
is easy enough to get them off by yourself).
