Subject: Isolation manifolds, etc.

I'm about to purchase a set of double tanks (12 liter) and am searching for an
isolation manifold. Since these are not 'popular' in Europe, this is not as easy
as I thought. I found one store in town that carries the OMS  (with European 25
thread). Any suggestions why this may  not be a good choice?

Also, are any of the Europeans around here familiar with the Mannesmann 12 liter
steel tanks (sold by Suunto among others). What are the bouyancy
characteristics?
