Nick, You can send a complaint about this to customer service's Feedback address at 70006.101@co*.co*. They responded back and are looking into it. A complaint I sent to the Techdiver "owner" resulted in a nice note back, but basically a response of "what do you want me to do about it," so apparently his ability to research this is very limited. CIS might be your best approach In the meantime you might want to download the PGP utility (Pretty Good Privacy) which is at http://www.epic.org/privacy/tools.html. I understand that it is a very effective tool for making sure that your messages can _alway_ be recognised as genuine by anyone who cares or needs to confirm their authenticity. I haven't tried it yet, but will soon. This software is so effective at encryption that it is classified as munitions under the Arms Export Control Act! My understanding is that you encrypt a portion of your signature and anyone who uses the decrypter that you can make easily available can then verify whether or not a message from you is genuine. For Cavers and Techdiver, it would seem that this is as necessary as a backup reg! Good Luck, oh and thanks for the note the other day. JoeL JoeL
