Carl, this is a good point, one that I hadn't considered.  I withdraw my
objection to taking the working regulator out of my mouth, if I am the one
to make the decision.

My point was that I don't believe in assuming that I am going to get to
make all the decisions, and I sure don't believe in planning based on that
assumption.
