I think the extended rande course is taught by HaveU2MuchMoney. The hardest 
part of the test is jogging, walking not allowed,  75 meters alone (no sharpas
or hanger ons) with double 15s before entering the water. There are other
reqs. but the above mentioned is the the most demanding.
