It's a very useful little dos program called Tapcis 6.0. It is an offline 
reader that allows you to access in a few minutes what it would take you 
hours to do live online. It's in the Tapcis Forum, type Go Tap and read the 
annoucements about the new version and downloading. It's the best CIS program 
I have found.

In fact, anyone who is on CIS and who wants to optimize their time there and 
in receiving Techdiver, Cavers or any other E-mail, you should check this 
program out.
