Chief, if you need a strap, take two small bolt snaps , tie them
together with line, and clip them to the two chest d-rings. If
you need this strap, it is probably only when staging, and then
only when scootering.
I don't go to DEMA, just TEK - I am not in the dive business -
Menduno and Hamilton asked me to come and help with a DPV
presentation, a Deep Diving panel, and to make a presentation
on our project, the WKPP. - G
