>In other words "where's the beef", George? George, I'll like to know what you disagree with as well; I know you came into a thread on CIS re Argon and had a spat with John Comly, but I never really got your area of disagreement as I may have missed a message or two. I know that I responded to questions concerning my experiences with using argon for suit inflation which are relatively few since I don't do trimix dives weekly as you do. Nor, for that matter are my dives of the duration and complexity, although max. depths may be similar, of yours. Mine are typically wreck dives in the range of 140fsw to 300fsw. If you're referencing John's strong suggestion that Argon be mixed with O2 in addition to being clearly marked, I'd be interested in hearing why you feel it's unnecessary to protect idiots who can't read a pony bottle label as large as the bottle itself. (However, I do seem to recall hearing of a story about some child being given, by an adult, an argon pony to breath in the pool and who ended up floating face down. Again, I don't know the details of this, to wit, was the bottle clearly labeled?) Harold H.
