I have heard from more than one honest person that they have seen this effect. If the mixing theory is "hogwash" what's going on? Is there residual gas trapped in the valve that is throwing readings off, or is it some other effect? Someone else wrote that the CGA (Compressed Gas Association) recommends rolling. Is that correct information? Why would an engineering group recommend rolling if it is hogwash? Is the rolling done for some other reason than mixing? Let's not start a flame war, let's just get the correct answer. If the rolling procedure is based on misinformation, it seems to be a pretty widespread misconception and should be corrected. Rick
