Try Divers Supply at Macon Georgia.  800-999-DIVE  They call it Sea Elite 
Modular Valve System (various components can be built into a desired 
unit).  200 bar din/yoke with corss-over isolation valve is about $270 
using A,B, & D modules.  Dive Rite sells these as well.
