Just finished reading the Bill Gavin equipment (Hogarth) configuration 
chapter in the new NACD "The Art of Safe Cave Diving" book. (Early X-mas 
present -- thanks Lee).

Gavins' arguments/logic for this style of configuration are quite compelling.

I disagree with the editor on the title of this book. I still believe 
that following proposed but rejected title is better:

"You Might Think There's Such a Thing as Safe Cave Diving but Your Mama 
Knows There Ain't."
