Paul , the real "history" is that these guys caught wind of the
fact that our rules say "no drugs of any kind whether naturally
produced by the body or not", and they know we specify that we
can (and will) require drug testing, since this is a dangerous
sport which requires team interaction in life-threatening situations.
This is what is causing the real outbursts here , and it will do them
mo good, as I have already convinced our clients (govenments) to
require this whether WKPP is in charge or not. I find this especially
amusing, since, as I have said, we will not have anything to do with
this group, so they are on their own, and if they ever get in anywhere,
they will find that I have written things into the rules that match
what I say on here, and they wull have to abide by them whether I am
there or not.
This is all a moot point, since as you pointed out, we are the ones
doing a fine job of getting results, even though as Bill Stone points out,
we only eek out ten or twenty percent more distance (per dive) with our
open circuit. Since we are beyond the realm that these guys know and
can deal with the promise of the "majic carpet" is the only glimmer
of hope for them to see anything but our behinds, which give us all
great pleasure.
I may be a blunt operator (rude), but I do not have time for anyones
"perswonal preferences" or behavior, or any tolerance for what Harris
Martin claims he and his buddies are doing after the dives or in the
privacy of their own homes, and neither does any intelligent person on
this planet, any govenment, or any organization, other than the Zioncoptic
Church. In Iran they execute people like Harris, which I agree with 100%, given
the damage done in this country by drugs and alchohol.
At any rate, I have done a good job of putting together a huge
team of talented people and have gotten them into every cave worth
diving for a long as they want to dive. As the "foreigneres" know, I
have invited many of you to come dive with us, I have sent you films,
gear, parts for your equipment, and all of the information I can find.
Maybe when you come to the US Harris and the Deep Caving Team will let
you take a hit off of the bong, or entertain you with stories of how
a group of strokes who could not make it to our first stage drop plan
to tripple our didstance in Wakulla using things that don't exist
operated by people who's personal behavior is , in this country,
unaacceptable. - G
