I am not disputing the fact that lipid peroxidation has been proven in vitamin E deficient rabbits or rats. Nor am I disputing the many benefits that vitamin E seems to has. What I am disputing is how this information translates to the average healthly non vitamin deficient human diver. Ref: Tappel A.L. 1962. Vitamin E as the Biological Lipid Antioxidant.
