E > toxicity (if the dosage is high enough for a long enough duration.) > (etc) agreed John.... i take LOTS of Vitmains in what many would consider mega-doses (including 50 gms of C intravenously about once a week) and i take 800 units of E daily (orally) as well... so i'm not arguing AGAINST supplementing..and i agree that it certainly falls into the "no reason not to try" category... but i DO think the distinction should be made between anecdotal experience, and suggestions based on that experience, and PROOF i have NO problem with drawing conclusions from empirical data...just as long as it is STATED that that is what it is have a great holiday,
