Can anyone in Europe (preferably from Uwatec) comment?

   Do all the Uwatec Aladin computers use 'the ROM Code at
   issue in this case or a substantially similar Code'?

	If they do, then it seems to me that it may only be
   a matter of time before Cochran slap a suit/injunction on 
   Uwatec's European sales of the Aladin range. Their lawyers 
   are probably focusing on the US as that is where they will
   gain the most in a damages award.

	I think a statement from Uwatec needs to be made asap,
   regarding the Cochran challenge and also on how they might
   propose to offer warranty/repair support, in the event of 
   that challenge being successful. Failing that, a lot of 
   would-be Aladin purchasers are going to think twice as news 
   of this breaks over here.
