Well put Ron. I cna recall a trust me dive in in which we did appx. 9 visual
jumps-and after the first three realized that if my buudy wound up on the
eneterprise, I was "lost in space". I immediatly took out my slate and
started making notations at each jump as to which way to go if my buudy
croaked. I would have gaped them, but no intentions were made on coming back
out the same way, nor did I have enough reels  on me to gap them all.
Un-eventful dive, but I only made that mistake once-never again.
