   I have spoken with two NACD B.O.D. members, and they have 
assured me that Bill (Goober) Dooley acted alone and without
their knowledge, and against their wishes in blocking my 
presentation at the NACD conference and in censoring Barry 
Miller's presentation. They have assured me that the NACD 
continues to fully suppor the WKPP, and will in fact increase
the level of support as we need it. I appologize for tarring 
them with the same brush as  Dooley. 

   It turns out theat the so called "boycotters" were a fiction
of the Goob's immagination, and the complainers were none other
than exactly who you would suspect they would be, the Werner Von
Braun's of dive gear themselves - you-know-who.

    Here is what the B.O.D. of the NACD proposes: there are three
Board seats up for election. One of them is Bill Dooley. Let's get
rid of this guy. Write in Jarrod Jablonski. He is a member of
WKPP, an instuctor, a geologist, and a really nice guy. He will 
do more to improve training, improve access, and legitimize this 
sport than anyone else out there. The added bonus is that if 
David Rhea decides to give up the Training Director position, as
he has said he might have to for unrelated reasons, Jarrod would 
be able to take over if he were a board member.

     This is important - let's put JJ on the board -write him
