I guess that you meant SCUBA ( as in self contained ) diving should be
banned for this sort of activity ( commercial diving ). I can see that
surface supply would have eliminated the problems due to lack of gas in
this case. I hope that I am right and that some people are just getting

Scuba below 60 ft is already banned (for commercial diving) in Australia.

I'm told that Oceaneering has shitcanned it altogether, (But I have that
4th hand)
