This fine approach is unfortunately threatened by the heavy-handed
approach of those manufacturers who lined their pockets with money
enough to be able to threaten all those who dare speak against them
(or their products) with libel suits.
That is, he who has the money can afford to have his opponents
silenced, no matter who tells the truth.
The greatest threat to freedom of speech and individual liberties
does not come from the Government and/or the State, but from those
corporations who are allowed to accumulate far more power than
normally they should be able to enjoy.
It's a lawyer's world, out there.
