Subject: Vortex fatality

    There was a fatality at Vortex a short time ago, he was a cave diver, 
but HE WAS IN OW, working most likely.  He was in his 60s or 70s, and cause 
of death has not been released yet.  As soon as the autopsy report is 
released, and if Vortex wants the information disseminated, I will post it.
    OW fatality not a cave diving one.  Still a sad day, he was a friend.
