I notice that the development kit (PocketC) I used for PalmPlanner is also
available for Win-CE version as well (http://www.orbworks.com/wince/)

Since I have a Nino 500 sitting on my desk gathering dust, it is conceivable
to try to recompile the code for the Win-CE version if there are enough
interests.
