I would love to set it up with majordomo or something like that. The
problems are:

1. I do not manage the box that runs "cavers.com".

2. The person who does doesn't seem interested in setting up majordomo.

As soon as I can find a pipe that will allow me to co-locate a box for
cheap I'll happily move the list to that location (and just use the
cavers@cavers.com to redirect to the real list location).
