Instead of the petty turf wars that everyone seems to enjoy so much, this is
the type of effort that cave divers really OUGHT to be engaging in. This and
a very loud clamoring for more and better safety reporting and training.

If there's any one issue that all cave divers can agree on, it's clean
water. Think about these issues next time you vote, too.
