Lance, read my post again. I think you missed the point 100%. I am not defending any action that infringes on my liberty to breathe fresh air, dive in water that doesn't have cigarette butts floating in it, or walking around barefoot. I am simply saying that smoking is an addiction and the "why don't they just quit?" attitude is bullshit. It's a lot harder than that. This does not mean they have the right to screw up my environment with their addiction. It simply means that I can understand that it's difficult to quit.
