I don't have all the info yet, but I just got off the phone to the victim, & he said that he was using something like EAN 78, and he turned on the valve & there was an xplosion. I have no other particulars, but I heard that the reg was an Atomic Z1. I have no idea if that has anything to do with what happened. The vicitm was in a bit of pain -- he is in the Burn Unit with third-degree burns -- so I didn't press him for details. I will speak to him again tomorrow.
