just had confirmation from seaquest that on the current line of apeks 2nd
stages both the adjustable and non-adjustable use the same air tube. This
means that if you want the t20 first stage (no environmental seal, no
swivel) with an adjustable 2nd stage all you need to do is buy the basic t20
1st and 2nd and then replace the adjusting plug (for adjusting cracking
effort with tools but not on the fly) from the non-adjustable 2nd with the
adjusting knob and oring (part #ap2029 retail $31.50 and #ap1409 retail .80)
from the adjustable 2nd
The old air tube part #ap2048 is used only in the zeagle/apeks balanced 2nd.
Older zeagle/apeks non adjustable 2nd stages can only be made adjustable at
ridiculous cost
