A not-too-well-known destination in Cuba is the Isla de la Juventud. It's worth seeing. It's got world-class diving spots and, since it's not in the "Cuban Riviera", you can get a more personalized diving experience. If you manage to get chummy with Crespo, one of the local guides, he'll take you to destinations most tourists don't see.
