*NOTE* I cross posted this from Technical Diver Discussion Group <doppler@li*.co*> Cliff, Just because the RSTC has chosen to lower their standards does not mean the training agencies should lower theirs also. Some training agencies are not members of RSTC because they feel the standards are too low to begin with. The RSTC is not the end all, be all, on dive training.
