Some dumb asshole called me a "blowhard" on here a couple of days ago.
Below is a message from the CDS BOD - read it and weep. I have NOT
called the power company on Jones and complained about him and will not
now do so or do anything further about this.
What I will do , and I have copied my lawyer here to make it clear to
all of you whom I absolutely would love to pay back for the kindness you
have all shown me, is that I will immediately and agressively pursue
with legal action any attempt to interfere with me, my personal life, my
buisness, my government contracts, my permits or in any way fuck with me
at all. I have had it with this bullshit "community" and will take no
prisoners.
You call it what you want, I will teach anyone a lesson who does this
and will do so with extreme prujudice and in as nasty and viscious a
manner as I can muster using all the resoures at my command. Ask the
jerk who faked the email on me how they like facing federal crimial
charges and sitting with a huge judgement against them right this
minute. See how funny or clever you dumb fucks think that is, or how
long your coffers will last with me hamering your ass in court with no
letup.
Do I make myself clear to you idiots? If not give me a try. Also, I have
had it with all of the wussies. I will post a picture of myself on here
so that anyone who wants to run their mouth about me can recgonize me
and try it to my face.
You people need to grow a set of balls and come on out her and argue
with me if you think you are right and I am wrong an do it in the open.I
say you can not make sense of anything you are doing.

A message from the Board of Directors.
"The Section apparently is being
threatened with litigation for a
statement allegedly made by a board
member in his personal capacity. The
membership should understand that
the CDS has never sanctioned any
statement by any person on the
Cavers List web site. The Board of
Directors is conducting its own
investigation, and has asked the
accused board member to resign in
the interim, with the understanding
that the vacant seat will remain open
until this matter is resolved, or until
the next BOD meeting (May 27),
whichever occurs first."
