Our divemasters must be team players (MUST KNOW HOW TO COUNT PEOPLE), and need to understand that our guests come first (WE MEANT COME ON THE BOAT FIRST, BEFORE WE DEPART THE DIVE SITE). We operate one or both boats every day, with morning and afternoon trips daily (BUT WE NEVER, EVER GO BACK OUT TO LOOK FOR LOST DIVERS). Instructor certification means additional opportunities with teaching, but is not required (HELL, WE'RE PROBIBLY GOING TO GO OUT OF BUSSINEESS IN A MONTH OR TWO ANYWAY, DUE TO THE LAWSUIT). This is an immediate opening, and year round work in the diving capitol of the U.S. (EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT KEY LARGO NOW) - AI certification and some assistance with an IDC is available.
