bill,

you will never have a clue. an entry level cave diver made a huge mistake,
paid for it with his life, and you choose to use it as a medium to attack
the wkpp and gue. you need to look at the track record of the wkpp and take
a look at what gue is trying to do to take our dive philosophy into
technical training. you, like others, like to sit at home and fire away at
george and the wkpp and now even gue, halcyon and DIR. as hard as it may be
for you to believe, george is almost 50 and is in better shape than 99% of
the people on this list, actually does know of what he speaks, and can do
these dives. for all of you that think he is a farce, you need to show at
wakulla with some cotton and see for yourself.

the wkpp has an extensive mentorship program that allows us to take new cave
divers on a regular basis and turn them into exceptional cave divers. no
where else will you see this type of program. our new guys do not wander
off to the well casing at little river after they finish intro
certification. they check in with their wkpp mentor before their dives and
make sure they have a rock solid plan that is commensurate with their skill
level and has the adequate safety factors. i have several divers within the
wkpp that i work with, and all are turning into fine divers. i will put any
of them up against 99% of what i see out there. just look at our track
record. i believe it speaks for itself. nobody dead. nobody toxed. we
just keep setting records and doing 300 foot dives weekend after weekend.
and we do this with regular divers that want to be better divers.

bill, have you been to the gue web site? i have never seen so much
excellent and free information on gear rigging ever. it is complete with
pictures and descriptions. do you think gue makes money off of that? of
course not. jarrod pays an employee to keep up those pages. i just wish i
had all that information 9 years ago when i started cave diving. why don't
you tell us about all the contributions you have made to cave diving. i
know anyone who is anyone in cave diving, and i don't know you. i think the
contributions the wkpp have made speak for themselves. you can ask any
member of this team any question and you will get a very complete answer.
we are willing to help. we offer our time and information freely to anyone
that wants it. let me know where else you can find that.

to quote one of my dive buddies, "if you aren't riding beside me down A
tunnel while towing two scooters and ferrying 4 stage bottles, i am not
interested in your opinion".
