Was the IANTD instrucotr also an NSS or NACD instructor? If not, why
not? Does the NACD or the CDS "curriculum" include "training" in mines
and rockpits? 

This picture is starting to smell familiar. We have cave "instrucotrs"
out there who are NOWHERE NEAR CAVES.

This accident needs to be looked into by somebody who is not on the
"home team" here.
