Are divers still taught in openwater 1 to dive within their limits? I thought most of the courses these days taught you that if you wanted to do <xyz> type of diving just take the class. Question for the OW instructor types out there.. How many students have you failed (or told to make up more OW classes before completion) out of the past 100? -- I like cats too.
