Looks like a copy of the Apollo Bio Fins that I tried. They require a different kick technique than the normal open water flutter kick; it's closer to what we use in caves. I tried them in the caves but I'm not experienced enough to really know if they work OK. They did seem to be real good in O/W, though, requiring a lot less effort for the same propulsion. (I'm referring to the Bio fins, not the Scubapro).
