This is not censorship
3) No deliberate flaming or insults are allowed

Having one person determine what may or may not be insulting sounds like
censorship to me. Remember George Carlin's 7 words you can't say on TV?
Would there be a list of words you couldn't use? Would the whole post be
deleted or just the offending words.
