Assumoing its not a troll , Lots of exersice , both cardio trianing(running , bikingg) and weight trianing will make a tremendios diffrence in breathing rates , the more fit you are the better rates you will get. Working out three to four times a weed ideal , just dont stress your self out before a big dive. You want 24 hours before and at least 24 after with no strenuis exercise.
