John, this is what you do when you are not wearing the light. If you
are, it is a mess that way. The hose starts behind the wing, and stays
there - under the light if the lihgt is there, into the waistbelt if it
is not.

However, you really do not need to tuck it in, it will float up against
you, and you should be flat in the water, not upright.
