Where in North Central Florida can someone with GUE level 1 training go to practice their newfound skills? Do the Devil's Orifices in Ginnie Springs fit the criteria? How about the panhandle? Do the privately owned springs unlock there grates and allow anyone with a c-card to pass the barriers or would one have to be a noteworthy diver with a magazine byline to get in?
