This is a newbee Post,

The has been some talk of trimix vs. heliox and I am sure not everyone's
votes are in. I am interested in hearing some of the possible benefits one
over the other, particularly when it comes to deco times PPO2s etc.

On a different note this goes out to George, last year when I went on one of
your body recovery attempts in West Palm beach you and Bill used trimix for
your dive near the hole in the wall. What gas mixes would you
recommend/advocate for the 110-190 range. It has become apparent after
reading some of your posts that you guys use helium in most dives over
100ft. What benefits/draw backs have you found diving helium on shallow
dives.
