Dude, you mix it and I'll dive it. If you think "oxygen cleaning" is
necessary, then think about what the anal retentives will be doing wtih
hydrogen.

Actually since going to extended two per day workouts and much hihger
helium percentages than ever before, Bill Mee , Jarrod Jablonski , Chris
Werner and I have all found that deco is getting easier and easier, and
the after effects are getting less and less. Bill and I are still
experinmenting in these areas, but it is tough to do with JJ since he
dives so often - not worth injuring him . Bill and I only dive once in a
while, so can attempt these from "clean" starts.

It is going to be tough to beat extemely high heliums in the deco
category on fit divers, that much we can say for sure, but without
spending a lot of money, you will just have to dive lower pressures.
