Ken, 
    What is infuriating to me is not that Tom can't get his head out of the 
sand.  It is out of the sand; he is perfectly able to see that IANTD's method 
of bottle marking is inferior to DIR's, but he cynically resists it because 
there is no money for IANTD in doing it right--no goofy stickers or poodle 
jackets (now he claims they are going to insist on them. In other words, they 
will mandate stupidity).
