Well, I only read about the frog kick, I didn't try it in the pool but I've received input from others who say the bio fins frog kick as well as any other(s). Let's not be closed-minded now people. It doesn't cost a single penny to try them out in the shop's pool. You might be surprised as I was. If not, don't buy them, but don't bad-mouth something you know nothing about and haven't tried.
