Tony, a few pointers about the above virus alert. For your
convenience I have labeled them 1, 2, 3 & C.

1) Should we believe anything, especially a "help! help! the
sky has fallen on my head!!" virus alert, originally posted by
someone with the email address: Whattadeal@ao*.co* ?

2) FOr that matter, should we believe ANYTHING posted by
Whattadeal@ao*.co* ?

3) Do we really have to worry about a virulent and deadly email
virus that has been slaughtering the world's computers for three
months - which nobody has heard of it?

C) It is an internet 'marketing' technique to start phony
virus alerts which circulate and cascade, picking up hundreds
and even thousands of valid email addresses in the body,
which can then be stripped out de-duped and added to junk
email and SPAM lists.
